Lynn discovered the myriad benefits of Pilates when she was searching for a change in career path, she is now passionate about practicing and teaching, she completed her full comprehensive training at Anne Sexton Pilates under the expert guidance of Anne! Lynns energy and enthuasism spills over in all of her classes.
I am really thrilled that Lynn continues on her Pilates journey with the studio to our new home in Kilcoole and she is an essential part of Anne’s pilates team, & this marks the start of a new & exciting chapter for us Nothing makes her happier than getting to know the clients in both & helping them on their own individual journeys to better health, fitness & body awareness.

Lynn gets real satisfaction seeing people mastering exercises that were challenging to begin with. Equally, seemingly straightforward exercises are often really deceptive in their complexity.
