About Caroline Rice

Caroline has been dedicated to teaching exercise since leaving nursing in 1986.
She has an extensive background in teaching gym and circuit work across various commercial gyms.
Caroline has also shared her expertise in strength and conditioning by teaching in schools, as well as rugby and hockey clubs.
In 2006, she expanded her teaching repertoire to include personal training (PT) work and trained as a mat Pilates Trainer. Since 2018, Caroline has been actively involved in a CrossFit gym, more recently she has focused on reformer Pilates.
Currently, her primary concentration is on reformer Pilates, and she is currently completing her comprehensive training with Anne Sexton Pilates, Pilates academy, and she plans to further her training to encompass all components within a Pilates studio.
In addition to her dedication to Pilates, Caroline also aims to inspire individuals involved in other sports to incorporate Pilates into their training regimens, as it can greatly enhance their physical abilities within their respective sports.
Furthermore, Caroline is committed to constantly improving her knowledge as a general reformer Pilates teacher, ensuring that she remains up to date with the latest developments in the field.
