I have always been interested in health, fitness and wellbeing. I love all forms of exercise such as running, spinning and weight training but where my passion lies is with Pilates.
I started Pilates over 10 years ago after my first child was born and have since then reaped the rewards of what Pilates has to offer. So much so that I decided to train as an instructor with Anne Sexton Pilates.
For me I want to pass on the benefits of what Pilates has to offer, whether you are a complete novice or a more experienced Pilates enthusiast.
